Ilka Ann Wörner is admitted to the bar in Munich for all courts in Germany and works as consultant on an international basis.
Her main area of practice are corporate and strategic issues but she also advises her clients on contentious work and litigation.
She obtained her law degree 1997 at the University of Passau and spent her traineeship from 1997 to 1999 at the Court of Appeal in Munich. She was admitted to the bar in 2000 and for the first five years of her professional career worked for Munich based law firms / tax advisors with international clientele. In 2005 she founded her own law firm.
